Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original condition.

Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Order processing is subject to product availability, payment verification, and fraud-prevention review.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Changes
Shipping address changes must be requested within 3 hours of placing your order by contacting support@ovitshop.store.
Because orders may be processed and shipped shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee address changes after the 3-hour window or once an order has entered processing.
Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after shipment.
Customers may also select Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) at checkout for an additional charge.
At this time, complimentary shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Available shipping options and rates for these destinations will be displayed at checkout.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
International Shipping
At this time, OViT ships only within the United States and does not offer international shipping.
