Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include all original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage not caused by transit may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ovitshop.store. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ovitshop.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In cases where the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly, OViT will provide a prepaid return shipping label and, where appropriate, a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or color, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
